Refunds

Refunds only within 48 hours of purchase, unused credits only. After that, no refunds.

Polar is the merchant of record. Unused credits never expire while the service exists. Failed rewrite jobs are not charged — that is not a refund.

When we will ask Polar to reverse a charge

All of the following must be true:

• You email anshanejaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of the Polar purchase; and
• No rewrite credits from that purchase have been used.

We can still refuse if we reasonably suspect abuse, duplicate requests, or a chargeback in progress.

When the answer is no

After 48 hours, no refunds.

After any credit from that purchase is used, no refunds — including change of mind, “it still looks like Claude,” detector scores, school or work outcomes, or Anthropic changing its models.

Credits are not cash. We do not cash out unused balances. Closing an account for abuse forfeits remaining credits with no refund.

Chargebacks

If credits were delivered, a bank dispute is a breach of the terms. We will contest it with Polar and may close the account.

Mandatory consumer law

If Polar’s merchant-of-record rules or a law that cannot be waived force a different result on the payment, Polar’s process controls the money. This page is our rule for credits and for whether we will ask Polar to reverse a charge.
